Roots Blower
Roots Blowers are two series roots type blowers including 3-Rotors Roots Blower and 2-Rotors Roots Blower. For aeration systems for wastewater treatment, we recommend 3-Rotors Roots Blower because of high-pressure.
For the aquaculture farming, we offer 2-lobe roots blower. It is very convenient to supply air for shrimp/fish farming.
Roots Blowers compress air by two rotors' rotation in the contrary direction. Rotors do not contact under high speed rotating. Although only a 0.1~0.3 mm gap between two rotors. And it does not need add lubricating oil between rotors. So it can transport clean and none oil moist air.
Positive displacement blowers with two figure-eight lobe impellers mounted on parallel shafts rotate in opposite directions. As each impeller passes the blower inlet, it traps a finite volume of air and carries it around the case to the blower outlet, where the air is discharged.
With constant speed operation, the displaced volume is essentially the same regardless of pressure, temperature or barometric pressure. Timing gears control the relative position of the impellers to each other and maintain small but finite clearances. This allows operation without lubrication being required inside the lobe cavity.
